Nutrition
Say goodbye to the hassle of counting calories, tracking macros, or giving up your favorite foods. We'll kick things off with a nutrition plan that's helped thousands of women get the results they have been wanting. These nutrition guides are all about nourishing your body, not restricting it. We will introduce you to 2 different mindsets around nourishing your body and the simple "plate it method" to help you choose the right foods and portion sizes.

At-Home Workouts
No need for expensive gym memberships. These workouts are designed to fit into your busy life. Just a couple of dumbbells and an internet connection are all you need to exercise in your living room annnnnd for those of you that are in rural off-grid or out of service often, you can download the workouts, so you have them when you are out of service! And if you love going to the gym, you can take these workouts with you! Some are as short as 20 minutes a day, perfect for your busy schedule.

Mastering Your Mindset
This is where the magic happens! Even with the perfect diet and workout plan -your success depends on your mindset. I specialize in helping you believe in yourself and rewiring those limiting beliefs and negative thought patterns. We'll work on manifestation techniques, overcoming scale frustration, skipping workouts, and using food for comfort. Remember, all those excuses start in your mind, and I am here to help. I share mindset tips and tricks every week in the Sunhawk Sweat Club community.

This private community is a place where you can share meals, workouts, recipes, and ask for help or advice.
